Temperature, time, state, every critical point is measured and logged. That makes food safety auditable and Machinery Directive self-certification possible.

The first station of the Automated Restaurant. It portions, fries to the point and hands off, cycle after cycle. On a Robot-as-a-Service model: fixed monthly rate, with maintenance, CE and a HACCP-ready package included.
